Windows 10 May 2019 Update continues polishing details in the latest Build that Microsoft releases within the Insider Program

Initially known as Windows 10 April 2019 Update, we now know that the name will be Windows 10 May 2019 Update.

The preparation that Microsoft is carrying out in the face of the spring update of 2019 takes center stage again. The immediacy and the rush to polish the launch and avoid undesirable failures lead us to talk about a new Build that is released within the Insider Program.

Initially known as Windows 10 April 2019 Update, we now know that the name will be Windows 10 May 2019 Update. An update that is approaching and a symptom is the arrival of the launch of a new Build within the Fast Ring in the Insider Program.

A Build that carries the numbering 18362.82 under patch KB4497093. An update that does not offer new functions, something logical given the heights that we are. Therefore it arrives mainly to correct errors and to finish with possible existing bugs.

It includes the solution for the problems suffered by the Windows insiders in the Rapid Ring with the Build numbered 18362.53 and that could not update to the last compilation 20H1.

General improvements have been introduced for users in Japan or using the operating system in Japanese. Corrections for the Japanese IME have been added and problems with date and time have been addressed.

Fixed an issue where UWP VPN snap-in applications could not send packets correctly through a VPN tunnel established on an IPv6-only network.

The problem that caused the update to version 18362 could not be installed when error 0x80242016 appears has been fixed.
